Identify and and enumerating the capacity of the policy neglected in the document of fundamental change in education by meta- synthesis method

The purpose of this study is to identify and enumerate the policy gaps in the document of fundamental change in education.The qualitative research method is meta-combinedThe research population is the researches conducted during a decade from 1390 to 1400 that 40 articles were purposefully selected.The data collection tool is a receipt that was categorized, coded and analyzed at the same time as the data collection process.The findings indicate that the neglected political capacities in the document focus on the policy makers' disbelief in the phenomenon of change.Lack of optimal use of the capacity of supranational institutions,Weak futuristic outlook,Weakness is accountability and commitment to performance.Neglected social capacities focused on the weakness of the discourse-building process,Collective agreement is effective interactions within and outside the system.Neglected cultural capacities focused on the weakness of national culture protection,Cultural pluralism and interactionAnd poor cultural literacyFinally, neglected educational capacities focus on lack of attention to comprehensive and sustainable education and lack of attention to the role of the individual in identity building.Since the familiarity of policy makers and planners with the neglected capacities of the document of fundamental transformation of education and their decisive role in the success of the education system in the policy cycle is very effective,From these narrators, taking a comprehensive and integrated approach,Distancing oneself from a partial view of different dimensions of education,A balanced and comprehensive approach to all aspects of the field of education and neglected fields is necessary.
