Identifying the effective factors on entrepreneurship education and progress with emphasis on the educational theory of the five minds and using the perspective of academic elites
The aim of this study was to identify the factors affecting entrepreneurship education and achievement by emphasizing the educational theory of the five minds and using the perspective of academic elites.
The method of the present study was qualitative and using the Delphi method. Based on the review of articles, texts and resources related to educational models and experts' opinions, through Delphi technique, the elements of entrepreneurship education model based on the theory of five minds were identified among the 24 indicators of educational models and 6 related indicators. Experts participating in this study were 32 professors and experts in academic entrepreneurship education and fluent in the educational theory of the five minds. Findings were analyzed using PLS method and ISM technique.
Structural model analysis showed that in the model of entrepreneurship education based on the theory of five minds, formulating educational goals acts as the cornerstone of the educational model and also factors analyzing learner characteristics and learning environment design as basic factors in designing an entrepreneurial education model. It is based on the theory of five minds. On the other hand, the formulation of educational goals in designing an educational model has a high degree of influence with minimal dependence, and any change in it can affect other factors.
According to the results of the present study, it is suggested that in future studies, variables such as formulation of educational objectives, stepwise retrieval, analysis of learning assignments, determination of teaching materials and tools, design of learning environment and analysis of learner characteristics Emphasize and use these variables with the aim of developing and advancing educational entrepreneurship.
