The Organization and Structure of Knowledge in Islamic Sciences Rijal and Dirayat-al-Hadith

Abstract:
Purpose

Eachscientific discipline has its own especial structure and knowledge organization (KM) based on its characters. This review aimed at investigating the KM in Rijal and Dirayat-al Hadith by considering pioneering works in the area.

Methodology

Re-conceptualizing the concept of KM, we determined the types of KM separately in Rijal and Diraya by conducting a review. Findings showed that due to its accuracy and sensitivity.

Findings

Rijal has accurate tools and features in its KM, including to be the same generation, share in narrators, narrators ups and downs in narration, their death dates and closeness to Ahl-albayt (pbut) as well as organizing the content alphabetically as major trends in KM that are helpful in retrieving information. However, despite its similarity to Rijal, Diraya has its own approaches to KM for directing students for being influent in narration and its interpretation.

Conclusion

Diraya works have been organized as to the famousness of narrator and the documentary of the work at hand as well as the alphabetical order of names for facilitating education.
