The Design of model for empowering the employees of the Ministry of Sports and Youth through quantum leadership using a structural-interpretive approach
The main wealth of any human resources organization is that they should have dynamic relationships with each other, these relationships will not be created in the organization unless the managers of the organization implement new management styles. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to develop a model for empowering the employees of the Ministry of Sports and Youth through quantum leadership using a structural-interpretive approach. The research was applied and correlational. The statistical population of the study was 890 people, which included all employees of the Ministry of Sports and Youth in 2020. The statistical sample according to J. Morgan table was 269 people. The sampling method was simple random and voluntary. Quantum leadership, empowerment and structural-interpretive questionnaires were used. For data analysis, intelligent statistical software with minimum squares and software package for social sciences were used. Findings showed that quantum leadership and employee empowerment are at a desirable level. Also, the components of trust, sense of effectiveness and competence of empowerment and seven components of quantum leadership in the first level of the model, affect the components of independence and significant sense of empowerment components in the second level. Therefore, it can be said that the stronger the quantum leadership in the Ministry of Sports, the higher the level of empowerment can be expected.
