Sociological explanation of aristocratic lifestyle and solutions to deal with it in FARAJA
The aristocratic lifestyle has left a lot of negative effects on the religious society in individual and social dimensions and prevents the acceptance of divine teachings and the realization of social justice. It is necessary to create a police force at the level of the Islamic revolution and to provide a basis for the establishment of a new Islamic civilization, a relentless fight against the culture of aristocracy. Based on this, the aim of the research is to explain the sociological examples of the aristocratic lifestyle and the solutions to deal with it in FARAJA.
The research is applied based on purpose, and qualitative in terms of method. In order to analyze the data of semi-structured interviews and analysis of texts, thematic analysis method was used. The statistical community of the research was formed by the managers, assistants and experts working in FARAJA General Inspection. The selection of the sample was done by non-probability purposeful judgmental sampling method until the adequacy and saturation of the data was achieved, and finally theoretical saturation was achieved with 20 interviews.
In the initial stages of the research, about 78 primary codes for examples of aristocratic lifestyles were determined, of which 48 optional codes were obtained. In the next stage, four basic themes with the titles "attitude, insight, belief, behavior, organizational and extra-organizational" were identified, and in the next stage, two constructive themes (individual and social) were identified. About 230 initial codes were identified in the field of solutions to deal with aristocracy, and 198 optional codes were obtained. In the next step, two constructive themes were identified with the titles "preventive solutions and countermeasures".
The organizational lifestyle in FARAJA is influenced by the type of beliefs (worldview) and the ruling values of this organization. In the first step, the religion of Islam can create the infrastructure for shaping a religious life by presenting a special worldview and ideology, and in the next step, it can provide specific customs and instructions for all aspects of individual and organizational life (organization and employees of FARAJA). He was guided to the personal and social lifestyle of Islam.
