Abstract:

In this study, using the supply chain reference model (SCOR model), the performance of the olive supply chain in Rudbar city was evaluated as one of the strategic products of Guilan province. The dimensions of the SCOR model, including efficiency, responsiveness, reliability, coordination and integrity, and quality at the last level of the supply chain, i.e. the level of retailers, were examined. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used to check the normality of the data. The results of this test showed that the data for the 33 measures did not have a normal distribution. As a result, a non-parametric Wilcoxon single-sample test was used to test the hypotheses. The results of this test showed that the olive supply chain at the retail level is not in a good position in terms of efficiency. Therefore, it can be said that the situation of the chain is unfavorable in terms of the cost of resources used. Also, the status of the dimensions of responsiveness, coordination and integrity is not desirable.
