Identifying and prioritizing the most important leadership competencies of digital transformation in organizations
Digital revolution and transformation is shaping the future of organizations through fundamental transformation. For this reason, organizations need significant changes in their characteristics to survive and continue to compete. This issue requires strong leadership to advance this transformation; But what competencies are required to effectively lead digital transformation in organizations are not clear. Accordingly, the purpose of the current research is to identify and prioritize the most important competency structures for digital transformation leadership in organizations.
The current research is a practical development in terms of its purpose and a survey research in terms of its method. The statistical population of this study included 8 subject experts in Imam Ali Officers University (AS) who were selected using a targeted method. Due to the wide dimensions and importance of the research topic, the prioritization of the identified criteria should be based on collective wisdom; therefore, the method Fuzzy VICOR is placed next to library studies as the basis of the work.
this research, the findings indicate the identification and prioritization of 26 features extracted from the conducted research, which are presented in eight priorities.
The results show; The leader's competitive vision, electronic change competence (leader's ability to efficiently manage change), creativity and innovation, and the leader's personal characteristics have the highest importance and priority among the competencies that a digital transformation leader must have.Key words: Competence, Digital Transformation Leadership, Fuzzy Vicor.
