General principles of Islamic management of forces

Abstract:

The discussion of management starts from the point where a group is formed and this group is able to meet its complex needs in order to act with the same goal, being communication between the forces, being   diligent,  moving with concern and motivation and having necessary coordination in the plans  they need management to arrange these issues .
Now  the question is that  how to get answer to management issues in Islamic management. There is no reason that clarify this subject( how can a manager solve) in revelation evidence, But considering the human need to management issues and religion as a correct way of living, it cannot be expected that religion does not address this important issue.
Religion has explained the principles of management that these principles can be implemented in all conditions. Now the question is, in what way can these principles of management be discovered in religious evidence?
It seems that these principles can be discovered in three ways: 1- The foundations and goals of religion 2- The methods of religion in every problem 3- The general principles of religion in the discussion of management.
Now, by combining each of these three and their sum, it is possible to discover the way of planning, the type of formation and accumulation, embedding and replacement of forces and the method of management in Islam.
In this article, we have discussed the third part of how to discover the principles of Islamic management that according to the general principles of religion in the discussion of management in this article We have achieved to the principle of existential promotion of the forces in management ideals and the principle of insight and enlightenment in Islamic management fields; Now, by comparing these four principles with human management, the difference between Islamic management and other management becomes clear
