Managing The Conflicts Affected Imam Ali (puh) Military University's Performance

Considering the importance of identifying conflict management methods in Imam Ali (puh) Military University's and the research gap related to identifying conflict management methods specific in this university, the present study was conducted to cover this research gap. The purpose of this article is to identify Imam Ali (puh) Military University's Performance Conflicts Affected management methods. This research is survey and descriptive type. The theoretical framework of the present study is an interactive view of conflict. In this study, researchers try to identify the management methods of conflicts based on 15 types of conflicts identified by Maleki and Sadeghi (1400). The Delphi method has been used and the Delphi panel consists of 13 experts. The number of Delphi periods in this study was three rounds and considering that after the third round more than 75% of experts agreed on 79 conflict management methods, so these methods were identified as the most important management methods of conflicts affected Imam Ali (puh) Military University's Performance. Finally, commanders, managers and lecturers of Imam Ali (puh) Military University are suggested to improve the performance of Imam Ali (puh) Military University by using the identified methods of conflict management in this research.
