Abstract:
Aim

The relationship between early maladaptive schemas with marital adjustment and quality of life.

Method

Practical studies and the manner of performing the correlation. The population consisted of married teachers (male and female) Tehran area was second with 120 randomly selected standard questionnaires completed the study. Data were collected by questionnaire schemas Yang (short form), marital Aspnyr (1976) and WHO quality of life.

Results

The results showed that, maladaptive schemas teachers (married) compatible with the scale of their marital relationship. Maladaptive schemas associated with the scale of teachers' quality of life. Maladaptive schemas are significantly different in men and women. Its scale, quality of life and significant differences in men and women. Adapt and scale of it is significantly different in men and women.

Conclusion

early maladaptive schemas and marital adjustment and quality of life related to and compare the results with similar studies, the convergence of some of the results showed.
