Examining Sardar Soleimani's military management innovations in the resistance front
The literature related to the review of military innovations are generally focused on describing the hard and technological aspects. This focus has caused the neglect of soft and managerial aspects in these areas. The Quds Force, which is responsible for the cross-border missions of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, has been able to contribute to the victory of the resistance front by focusing on managerial and advisory aspects during the period of Soleimani's command, much more than on hard and technological aspects.
This research was conducted with the method of reflective theme analysis. The implications were extracted from the specific target community, which is the statements published by the leaders of the resistance front or the leaders of the arrogant front on the subject of Soleimani's soft and managerial innovations.
General Soleimani's military, institutional and managerial innovations have been an effective factor in creating unity in the Middle East region. The establishment of dignity and position for the Shia authority as the guardian of Islamic religion and politics in Iraq and Lebanon was identified as his most fundamental institutional military innovation. Transferring the concept of mobilization to popularize war and reduce the risks caused by the lack of motivation in statesmen are among the other innovations mentioned. Finally, it became clear that creating a coalition to take advantage of the power of non-Muslims, against the arrogance front, is one of the most important and effective military innovations of Lieutenant General Soleimani's management in recent years.
