An overview of the role of blockchain technology in improving employee skills in the insurance industry
In the field of human resources, blockchain technology provides benefits through the verification and authentication of information and the identity of people, and also provides the level of efficiency in the existing mechanism and operations (Kunchau et al., 2019). In the first step, blockchain facilitates the process of evaluating and confirming the level of education and skills of job applicants. It also helps the blockchain to record certificates, documents, training, employee performance at work and make it available to stakeholders (Ferreira, 2020; 31). Thirdly, the blockchain payment and compensation system - including cross-border payments, international expenses and tax obligations - more efficient and increase productivity through automating the payment process (Kunchau et al., 2019). Preventing fraud and improving cyber security is another important aspect of this technology (Taylor et al., 2020). All of the above have had a significant impact on various aspects of human resources, and accordingly, blockchain will transform the human resources management system. In this research, we will review the role of blockchain in improving the skills of employees in the insurance industry using a library method.
