Explaining the Relationship between Playing the Role of Social Responsibility and Sustainable Development (Case Study: Ab-Rey Green Sour Crude Oil Transfer Pipeline)
The aim of this study was to analyze the relationship between playing the role of social responsibility of the National Company for Refining and Distribution of Iranian Petroleum Products with sustainable development. The research method was quantitative survey. The statistical population was all managers and employees, formal and informal, related to plans and projects, as well as engineers, supervisors and agents related to the implementation of the construction plan for the transfer of green sour / Ray crude oil pipeline. The sampling method was non-probability sampling. Therefore, 300 organizational individuals were selected as the available sample. Data were also analyzed using SPSS software. The results of Bartlett test and desirable indicators of structural model fit, express the significance and proper explanation of all components to examine corporate social responsibility. Findings show that there is a significant relationship between playing the role of corporate responsibility and sustainable development, which are coefficients for economic responsibility (0.692), legal responsibility (0.668), moral responsibility (0.608) and humanitarian responsibility (0.612). . The coefficient of determination is equal to 0.326. The results show that policymakers, designers, contractors and implementers of the Sabzab / Rey sour crude oil pipeline project should pursue social responsibility goals from three perspectives: "companies", "standards" and "people" in order to Achieve maximum efficiency.
