Provide Appropriate Strategies in the Face of Soft Media Warfare by Domestic Media to Reduce its Effects and Consequences

The present study aims to provide appropriate strategies in the face of soft media warfare by domestic media to reduce its effects and consequences. The combined research method includes qualitative and quantitative methods. In the qualitative section, the statistical population included professors in the field of communication and media sciences as well as national security in the universities of Central Tehran, Imam Hossein University. Theoretically saturated n is obtained. Quantitative findings of the study indicate that there is a significant relationship between media performance, environmental opportunities and environmental threats and the adoption of an appropriate strategy in the field of soft media warfare. In other words, by improving the performance of the domestic media and their awareness of environmental opportunities and threats, they have adopted more appropriate strategies in the field of soft media warfare and vice versa. In addition, the results of the qualitative part of the research indicate that from the point of view of the interviewees, the optimal use of domestic media of the advantage of settling in the country and, consequently, quick information about the news and its accuracy, pay more attention to News analysis, more attention to lifestyle in the domestic media, strengthening the morale of the people, warning and warning to officials by the local media, strengthening public trust, benefiting from speed, accuracy, expediency, innovation, attractiveness and interaction Being appropriate strategies to counter the enemy's soft media warfare should be on the agenda of the domestic media and responsible agencies.
