Investigating and Analyzing the Limitations of Implementing Quality Improvement Programs and its Effectiveness on Small Industries

The purpose of this research was to investigate and analyze the limitations of implementing quality improvement programs and its effectiveness on small industries. . The intended type of research was applied and field, and the research approach was survey type. Due to the large size of the statistical population, simple random sampling was done and distributed among small business workers in Arak city. To receive data and information, 250 questionnaires were distributed among the statistical population and 242 questionnaires were completed. In this research, after designing the questionnaire, in order to measure their reliability, 33 of them were completed by the respondents. The information obtained from these questionnaires was tested by statistical software and with the help of Cronbach's alpha statistical test (α=0.97). The results of the analysis of the tables showed that there is a difference between the technology used in small industries, between the attitude of managers towards quality improvement programs, between the level of expertise of managers of small industries, between the economic limitations of small industries, between the attitude of employees towards quality improvement programs and lack of There is a significant relationship between the effectiveness of these programs.
