Organizational Intelligence And Team Leadership Of Employees Of The Ministry Of Sports And Youth Of The Islamic Republic Of Iran
The purpose of this research was to investigate the relationship between the components of organizational intelligence and team leadership of the employees of the Ministry of Sports and the youth of the Islamic Republic of Iran. which was done by selecting all the employees of the Ministry of Sports and Youth of the Islamic Republic of Iran (N=241) as a sample with the descriptive-correlation method. A total of 199 questionnaires were returned. In order to achieve the objectives of the research, the standard questionnaire of Albrecht's organizational intelligence and Kim's team leadership was used. The face and content validity of the questionnaires were confirmed by the experts and the construct validity was confirmed using confirmatory factor analysis. In order to organize, classify and summarize the raw data, descriptive statistics, normality of the data, the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, and Pearson's correlation coefficient and multivariate regression were used in the inferential statistics section. Data analysis was done using spss22, Amos22 statistical software. The results showed a positive and significant effect of organizational intelligence components on team leadership.
