Abstract:
Enhancing independent learning in the chemistry classroom among adult dropout students: a classroom action researchThis action research examines a classroom strategy and intervention to promote independence in learning for adult students who are left behind in education . It also examines the problems of independence in learning through the use of educational tools and continuous follow - up by teachers who seek to transfer too much information . This action research consists of three stages: The first stage includes recognizing the needs of students, identifying goals and designing necessary resources and tools . The second stage includes the use of resources and the application of strategies, and the third stage includes the evaluation and analysis of results to determine future actions . The results indicate that teachers can create a facilitating classroom environment and support independent, self - directed and independent students by placing structures to guide students in their lessons .
