Survey of demand-driven employment and development of agricultural entrepreneurship in rural areas of Shiraz, Bushehr, Chabahar and Rasht
Global growth and development leads to rural development, capacity building and productivity of the agricultural sector through structural policies and with the aim of exploiting the competitive advantages of agricultural products, etc., which can pave the way for the emergence of many new and entrepreneurial professions. This research is descriptive-analytical and its results are applied. To collect the required information and data, a library study in the form of theoretical foundations, theoretical foundations as well as statistics of organizations and centers in 1396 and 1397 were used. Rural residents of cities (Shiraz, Bushehr, Chabahar and Rasht) who have participated in entrepreneurship classes held by Jihad Keshavarzi. They had agriculture, entrepreneurship and rural economics (Dehyar, farmers educated in agriculture and related fields, donors and entrepreneurs). Two methods of library and field studies (based on questionnaires) were used to collect information. Then, these strategies were categorized using heuristic factor analysis. Finally, the priority of each of the factors and structural solutions of their subset was determined using Friedman analysis of variance test. First Place; Establishment of entrepreneurship centers and consulting services in rural areas (5/5) in the second rank, providing financial and organized tax support (4/52) in the third rank, reducing the requirements and administrative and banking steps, etc. (4.36) It is in the fourth place and the creation of networks supporting the development of rural and agricultural entrepreneurship (4.72) is in the fifth place.
