Needs Assessment of General (Interdisciplinary) Skills Training for Judicial Interns in the Iranian Judiciary
The purpose of this study was to investigate whether the addition of interdisciplinary subjects (general skills) to the judicial internship is a requirement for judicial interns. The statistical population of this study includes internships No. 194, 200, 202, 203, trial Tehran and the 89th Qom period were surveyed by all trainees in these jurisdictions. According to the results, all participants in the survey considered the training of these skills in the judicial training necessary and appropriate for all. Judicial authority at the community level is expected to include internships in the work program. These may include lectures, consultation and communication with colleagues and judicial officials, familiarity with psychology and psychology, social studies (sociology and humanities), anthropology, stress, anger management, creativity and innovation workshop, how to conduct meetings, judiciary management, judicial relations with the press.
