Compilation of performance evaluation of sports programs of provincial broadcasting centers based on 72 degree feedback system
The purpose of the research is to identify the performance indicators of the sports programs of the provincial broadcasting centers based on the 720-degree feedback system. and foreign customers. First, in order to identify indicators, interviews with 14 knowledgeable elites were used, and from open, central and selective coding, 83 open codes, 20 central codes and 7 selective codes were finally obtained. The results of the internal layer showed that in the summer of 2019, the indicators of scientific needs assessment, scientific investigations, and the use of up-to-date science were in a favorable condition in terms of the external layer. To compare the amount of changes in the internal layer and the external layer, the Mann-Whitney test has been used, and the results of the test showed that there is a difference between the amount of changes in the indicators of content monitoring, education, development view, news, appropriateness and coordination in the internal and external layers. A significant difference can be seen before and after the presentation of the feedback, in this way that the amount of changes in the provincial sports programs of the Broadcasting and Television in terms of the internal layer after the presentation of the feedback was more than the external layer. The general results of the research showed that the performance of Sed and Cima's provincial sports programs is not in a favorable condition and basic measures should be taken to fix it.
