Designing a Sustainable Human Resource Management Model Using the Delphi Method
The purpose of this article is to design a sustainable human resource management model in the waste management organization of the country's municipalities using the Delphi method.
Delphi experts in the present study include all professors who have opinions in the field of sustainable human resource management, and 12 experts were selected using a targeted sampling method. Kendall's coefficient of agreement was used to measure the agreement of data among experts. Kendall's coefficient of agreement in the first round is 0.407 for effective factors, 0.424 for dimensions and 0.594 for the consequences of sustainable human resource management. In order to improve the agreement, the results of the research in the second round were presented to the experts after editing and corrections, and the agreement coefficient reached an optimal level, so that Kendall's agreement coefficient reached 0.689 in the effective factors, 0.7050 in the dimensions, and 0.7050 in the consequences of human resources management. changed to 0.735.
Organizational strategies, organizational culture, organizational learning and leadership style were recognized as effective factors in sustainable human resource management. Also, sustainable selection and employment, sustainable health and safety, sustainable service compensation, sustainable training and development, and sustainable performance evaluation as dimensions of sustainable human resources management and social, economic, organizational and environmental consequences as the results of sustainable human resources management have been considered meaningful.
In general, this research has introduced a new model for the implementation of sustainable human resource management in municipal waste management organizations in Iran.
