Designing and Explaining the Productivity Model of Human Resources with an Emphasis on Psychological Capital and Organizational Commitment
The purpose of this research is to design and explain the productivity model of human resources with an emphasis on psychological capital and organizational commitment in one of the government organizations of South Khorasan province.
This research is in terms of applied-developmental purpose and in terms of the method of collecting descriptive and correlational information based on structural equation modeling. The statistical population of the current research consists of all the employees of one of the government organizations of South Khorasan province, which were 674 people at the time of the research. The sample size was 520 people and they were selected using random sampling according to the size of the class. A questionnaire was used to collect data. The validity of the research was confirmed by experts and experts in the field of human resources management as well as factor analysis. Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to measure the reliability of the questionnaires and the internal reliability of all components was confirmed.
The results of the research showed that the factors related to productivity, in addition to the direct effect, indirectly and through psychological capital and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on the productivity of human resources. The results of the analysis of the structural model of the research show the positive and significant effect of psychological capital on the productivity of human resources, as well as the positive and significant effect of psychological capital on organizational commitment. The research results show that there is a significant relationship between organizational commitment and human resources productivity.
In addition, the results of the research showed that psychological capital, in addition to its direct effect, indirectly affects the productivity of human resources through organizational commitment.
In the end, the research results show that the research model has the required validity.
