Designing an Organizational Attachment Model for Employees
The purpose of this study is to provide a model for organizational commitment of employees. The nature of this research is qualitative and applied-development
The research method is the basic theory of systemic paradigm introduced by Strauss and Corbin. The sampling method is purposeful judgment based on theoretical sampling.
The results of the study identified four types of attachments including luxury (physical), physical, mystical and emotional under the causal conditions of the individual (material or spiritual) and supervisory tendency (more or less). The causal conditions that create organizational attachment can be explained on the basis of the individual's focus and controllability or individual supervisory desire. Intervener requirements include organizational status, work history, service compensation, organizational credibility, and type of relationship.
Paying attention to the employee attachment model and its appropriateness to the nature of the job, compensation of material and spiritual services, type of communication and organizational structure that affects the individual's controllability are practical factors in organizations.
