The role of different criteria of ecological architecture in different seasons of residential buildings in Mashhad

Abstract:
Although in developed countries the emphasis of architectural design is on setting standards to achieve sustainable goals and the principles of green architecture are used as criteria for sustainable design, but in our country and the city of Mashhad not only the results but also the standards have not been considered and observed. High-rise multifunctional buildings built in natural environments is one of the emerging phenomena in different countries, especially in developing countries. Different buildings in their environment due to incompatibility can cause irreparable damage. Designers and builders, based on their teachings and the principles of environmental protection, begin to build buildings for sustainable development, but the criteria for sustainability in design are only responsive to some seasons and can not fully meet all seasons. Is to extract the weaknesses in the design of multi-functional high-rise buildings. The research method is a combination of qualitative and quantitative, which in the qualitative stage with the help of future Delphi research with three phases of brainstorming, delimitation and selection and finally with Kendall coefficient to variable refinement. It deals with case examples. In a quantitative stage, a questionnaire with Likert scale is compiled and given to 384 users in 4 different chapters for analysis of JMP and Sigmaplot software, and at the end, a graph of mean motion and graphical correlation are extracted. The results show that the ecological architecture variables in the two seasons of summer and winter have a correlation of 0.73. The highest correlation is between summer and winter seasons and the lowest is between spring and summer seasons with the value (0.0004); And designers have paid attention to two chapters in their designs.
