Investigating the relationship between work-family conflict with general health, cognitive deficiency in the workplace and marital satisfaction among married employees of Entekhab Industrial Group

The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship of work-family conflict with general health, cognitive deficiency in the workplace, and marital satisfaction among married employees of the industrial group. To achieve this goal, a descriptive correlation method was selected. The statistical population of this study included all married employees of the factories of the Select Industrial Group located in Morche Khort Industrial Town of Isfahan, Iran. The study population included both men and women who were working in this company during the research period, i.e., 2020 and 2021. The research sample consisted of 100 people who were selected through simple random sampling. The research data were collected using the four questionnaires of the Enrich Marital Satisfaction, General Health Questionnaire (GHQ), and Work-Family Conflict and Cognitive Disability in the Workplace.
