Developing an effective organizational capital model in the Ministry of EducationCase Study: Education of Kermanshah province
The purpose of this research is to present an effective organizational capital model in the education department. In this way, an effective step can be taken to strengthen the intellectual capital in the education organization. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of research method. The statistical population includes managers divided into three levels: Senior managers, middle managers and executive managers According to the statistics announced by the education organization of Kermanshah province, this number is estimated at 283 people and 165 people will be selected as a simple random sample. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire whose validity was confirmed through construct and content validity and its reliability was confirmed through Cronbach's alpha and composite reliability methods. Structural equation modeling using PLS software was used for data analysis. The results indicate that the presented model was approved with 6 evaluation factors including: organizational culture, performance management system, organizational leadership and insight, organizational support, human resource empowerment, innovation and creativity.
