The effect of human resource management on innovation performance by explaining the mediating role of empowering leadership
The main purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of human resource management on innovation performance by explaining the role of empowerment leadership in elementary schools of Aliguderz city. In this research, the research method is applied and in terms of implementation time and implementation logic, crosssectional and inductive respectively. It is also a descriptive survey research from the field branch. In the current research, the statistical population includes all principals of elementary schools in Aliguderz city, which is equal to 70 people. Among the statistical population, 59 people were selected as a statistical sample using Cochran's sampling method, and the sampling method used was simple random. In this research, the standard questionnaire of human resources management and Vine (2010), the standard questionnaire of empowerment leadership by Liang et al. Also, the validity and reliability of the variables were calculated, and the variables and their components had good validity and reliability. In doing it, descriptive and inferential statistical techniques are used. To analyze data from factor analysis tests, structural equations and Sobel test were done using Spss 22 and Smart Pls statistical software. The results of the research show that human resources management on empowerment leadership in elementary schools of Aliguderz, empowerment leadership on innovation performance in elementary schools of Aliguderz, and human resource management on innovation performance by explaining the mediating role of empowerment leadership in elementary schools of Aliguderz. They are positive and meaningful. Also, human resource management does not have a significant effect on the performance of innovation in elementary schools in Aligudarz city
