Climatic changes, especially in developing countries, during the past few decades, have caused large populations of people to migrate from arid areas to semi-arid and temperate areas, and this issue provides grounds for committing all kinds of crimes and violating human rights. has constructed . The main question that is considered in this research is what are the effects of climate change management on committing crimes at the level of the United Nations and the Islamic Republic of Iran? The conclusion obtained from this research is that climate change management at the United Nations level is trying to function by emphasizing restorative justice and sharing responsibilities in the field of prevention and combating crimes affected by climate change. While at the level of the Islamic Republic, there is no special and necessary management in this area.
