Strategic model of developing the ability to design and develop a joint product in the aerospace industry of the Ministry of Defense

Today, the country's aerospace industry needs cooperation due to product complexity and lack of resources. However, increasing the level of performance of the partnership requires different capabilities. Therefore, it can be said that how to develop the ability to design and develop a joint product to improve the performance of the partnership is an issue in the aerospace industry. This research is exploratory in terms of fundamental purpose and in terms of compositional method and nature in the first step and survey in the second step. In the first step, the required data were obtained through interviews with 15 experts in the aerospace industry and the Foundation's data theorizing method. In the second step, structural equation modeling was used to prove the model using 170 questionnaires. The final model includes causal category (battle scene changes, product complexity, lack of resources and common window of technical knowledge), environmental category (government support, competitive environment, business rules), intermediate category (management support, leadership style, mediation, project managers). And cultural factors), strategic category (structure and processes of cooperation, learning system, information technology, knowledge management, capacity building of partners, governance structure and dispute resolution, training and empowerment, rules and regulations of partnership, organizing meetings between partners and sharing resources) And the category of outcome (upgrade defense capability, continuous innovation, upgrade national knowledge and reduce access time and cost).
