Heterosexual Friendships among youth

In this study the heterosexual friendships is being investigated with aim of the study the causes, contexts, strategies and outcomes of friendship, with phenomenological method through semi structured interviews with 14 young people in the age group of 22-18 years old in Bojnourd. The results showed that cause of starting friendships for boys is sexual needs and for girls is an emotional need. Due to the different expectations of boys and girls, the time of friendship is short and the numerous is so much. In survey of the friendship context, yet we have not found any relationship between the Construction and Function of family with friendship, but the failure of Construction and Function of family have direct impact on the severity of Friendship that they have reported sex in their friendships. Social learning is promoting and effective factor in heterosexual Friendships. Sensation seeking and lack of religious belief are the causes of tends to other sex friendship and tend to have sex with them. The boy and girls have expressed both positive and negative consequences. Negative consequences for both sex are trauma and emotional stress of everyday friendships, abate of relationships with family and for the boys to bring down the drug.
