Analyzing the perception of fourth generation undergraduate students of resilience and receiving them to receive book literacy training during the Covid-19 epidemic

Resilience is recognized as an essential component of stress management. However, understanding how undergraduate students perceive resilience with different characteristics has not yet been studied. This study was conducted to investigate how to define and create resilience for undergraduate students in Bushehr universities during the Covid-19 pandemic. In addition, students' perceptions and preferences for receiving resilience education were emphasized. The present study is a qualitative cross-sectional descriptive study that was conducted on twenty-seven semi-structured interviews with students via Skype. Finally, using the theme analysis technique, five issues were obtained: resilience: stability and resilience; Resilient building blocks; Resilience: learning or earning; Educational considerations for resilience training; And a combined platform for resilience training. Participants described resilience as a sustainable and essential trait for university students. Resilience can be made up of internal and external factors. Intrinsic factors that increased resilience included a desire for success and motivation. External factors were inherently relational, and it was found that friends, family, teachers, and spiritual values enhance resilience. Students had several recommendations in designing resilience training and recommended the use of a hybrid platform.
