Legal review, possibility of bankruptcy, financial satisfaction Hossein Mahmoodi
Bankruptcy is considered as an effect and external conditions that lead to the weakening of financial flexibility. The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between bankruptcy and rule of law among the employees of private companies in Khorram Abad city.
In terms of the purpose of this research, it is an applied research and a survey-descriptive research. In this research, a sample of 318 employees of private companies in Khorramabad city was selected by random sampling through Cochran's formula. The data was collected through a law-abiding questionnaire in 2 sections and bankruptcy in 1 section. Content validity and reliability index was done by Cronbach's alpha method. Data were analyzed with PLS and SPSS software.
The results of the research confirm the relationship between specific rule of law (β = 0.521), general rule of law (β = 0.315) and bankruptcy. The tstatistic related to the special legal-orientation paths (t = 7.01) and the generalorientation law (t = 3.14) shows the significance of the coefficients of the paths and their relationship with the probability of bankruptcy.
Considering the negative relationship between rule of law and bankruptcy status, it can be stated that people's desire to adhere to the laws related to the company's areas leads to a decrease in the probability of bankruptcy and, as a result, a high level of financial flexibility. we witness
