Identification and ranking of the components of sustainable development of the garment industry of Shahrekord

The purpose of this research is to identify and rank the components of sustainable development of the garment industry in Shahrekord city, the current research is of applied type and it is a mixed method (qualitative and quantitative). The statistical population is the senior managers of Shahrekord Hijab textile company. In the qualitative stage, 10 experts of the garment industry of Shahrekord were used using targeted sampling, and data were collected using the thematic analysis method with the help of interviews, and in the quantitative part, the factors were ranked using the best-worst method. The qualitative classification of the components was carried out in the form of three main economic, social and environmental themes, which include 13 components of profit increase, cost reduction, market share, technology infrastructure and information technology, compliance with humanitarian principles, management support, environmental concerns, commitment Social, education, non-production of pollution, general management policies in support of the environment, environmentally friendly design and product recycling. Then, using the best-worst method, the technology and information technology infrastructure factor got the highest rank and the social commitment factor got the lowest rank. Based on the obtained results, in order to achieve organizational productivity, managers should pay attention to the sustainable development factor in the sustainable development of the clothing industry.
