ideal organizational culture model based on jihadi management indicators in the judiciary (courts of the Islamic Republic of Iran)
In Jihadi management, the foundation of management is on guiding people towards their own tasks and constructiveness, environmental values can influence the motivation of better Jihadi management, which results in a better realization of Jihadi management and resolve to serve others and faith, forget In fact, the extent of this motivation can be called Jihadist culture, and as a result, it can be argued that Jihadist management is based on Jihadist culture, so the purpose of this research is to identify the underlying factors of organizational culture based on Jihadist management indicators in the judiciary of the Islamic Republic of Iran. It is Iran. The current research is applied in terms of purpose and mixed in terms of execution method. The target population of the current research in the qualitative section will be professors and experts of organizational management and jihadi management with at least 10 years of experience. . It is suggested that this educational model be used as an effective intervention in many psychological researches and its effectiveness as a pre-test and post-test on many psychological parameters such as psychological well-being, happiness, etc. in the tested employees.
