Pathology in the field of training and education in the Armed Forces using the context of information technology

Training in the Armed Forces, on the one hand, is faced with specialized training of managers and staff in all sections of the Armed Forces, and on the other hand, with the growth of abilities, genius and intellectual potential, it also expands the frontiers of knowledge. Today, the traditional structure and process of education no longer meets the needs of human societies in the age of the Internet, because since the early years of the 21st century, every year and a half, the realm of human knowledge more than doubles. In this qualitative research, by referring to library resources and experts in the field of training in the Armed Forces and interviewing them and using Maxqda 12 software, the main challenges facing training in the Armed Forces were extracted. These include: reviewing and updating educational content based on the needs of the day and contemporary wars, providing practice-based training versus purely theoretical content, using modern teaching aids and information technology, and the Internet platform in providing training ( Considering security measures), a research-oriented view in providing training, training problem-solving skills to managers. Stable financing commensurate with inflation in the Armed Forces training centers.
