The effect of organizational learning on the empowerment and productivity of human resources among the employees of the automobile industry
The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of organizational learning on the empowerment and productivity of human resources among the employees of the automobile industry. The statistical population of the research is all employees and experts of car dealerships in Ardabil province, numbering 220 people. The sample size was 136 people who were selected randomly using Morgan's table. In order to measure the variables, a standard questionnaire was used. The diagnostic, convergent and divergent validity of the questionnaire and the reliability of the questionnaire were also evaluated with Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Data analysis has been done using SPSS and lisrel software with structural equation tests. The results of data analysis showed that organizational learning has a significant effect on empowerment and organizational learning has a significant effect on human resource productivity. It is assumed that the empowerment and productivity of human resources through learning aggravates this situation, which should be taken into consideration.
