Model of the effectiveness of knowledge management system in the decision-making in military Organizations

The success of commanders in dealing with uncertain and changing environmental conditions in today's military organizations and thus the right leadership in order to achieve the desired goals of the organization depends on the decisions made and their degree of accuracy and rationality. Knowledge management in combination with information technology management, obtaining information through scientific methods, facilitates the decision of commanders and provides the possibility that the decision has the necessary validity and validity.The purpose of this article is to provide a model of the effectiveness of the knowledge management system on the decision-making power of AJA commanders. The type of applied research and the method of its implementation have been a case in point. The statistical population of the research is the commanders of AJA headquarters in three areas: combat, combat support and combat service support.The sample population was selected from these individuals by stratified random sampling method. Data collection tools are a review of library documents, interviews with experts in this field and a researcher-made questionnaire.In order to analyze the collected data, ambiguous and qualitative methods have been used. The research findings indicate that knowledge management systems affect the decision-making process of AJA commanders.The results show that the effectiveness model of knowledge management system is effective on the decision-making process of commanders through the knowledge management process and also the knowledge of employees
