This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of method. The tool for collecting information was the library method. In today's world, where information is updated day by day and the speed of its production has decreased significantly, transferring information from one person to another is futile and pointless as a job training goal. Therefore, the purpose of education has been changed to the education of retrieving this knowledge according to the situation of each person. As a relatively emerging method, virtual education also seriously pursues this goal. In the age of information and the rapid movement of organizations towards knowledge-centered, organizations are forced to focus on the dissemination and distribution of knowledge and experiences through the information technology platform as best as possible, more and faster, in order to create competitive power. In this regard, organizations gradually began to use the methods and systems of electronic learning and training so that they could keep their employees up-to-date and active in terms of the knowledge and skills required for their work along with the development of technology. have. On the other hand, the results of some researches show that in most of the educational organizations in our country, there is no necessary infrastructure for virtual education, and people believe that virtual education will be effective along with traditional education. The results of this descriptive research showed that one of the ways to increase employee productivity is training. This training can be traditional or virtual. Due to the fact that virtual education makes learning possible for all learners at any time and place, it will be more effective.
