Analysis and Evaluation of Factors economic effecting on Production and delivery of Quality Services in Shourabil Tourism Area of Ardabil

This study was conducted to evaluate the service quality of Shorabil Tourism using SERVQUAL method as a tool for measuring service quality and identifying and analyzing the gap between expectations and perceptions of service recipients. The gap between expectations and services perceived by visitors to Shorabil Tourism Parks in each of the five dimensions (tangible, accountability, reliability, reassurance and empathy) of service quality has been addressed. In today's world, the issue of quality has challenged the management of organizations. Quality of service is an important factor for growth, success and sustainability of the organization and is on the management agenda as a strategic, effective and inclusive subject. The present research is based on the purpose of the applied research component and based on the nature and methodology of the descriptive research - It is analyzed. In terms of time, the present study is a cross-sectional one. Survey method was used to collect the research data. The statistical population of the study consisted of all visitors to Shorabil tourism parks. Cluster sampling method was used to select the representative sample of the statistical population.
