Islamic Management based on Insight-oriented Education

One of the basic requirements of leadership and management in Islamic society is to have insight. Insight leads to awareness and correct and logical orientation in the affairs of Islamic managers. Therefore, the Islamic manager must have sufficient insight in all matters. The impact that the insightful manager has on his group psychologically makes his educational role more visible. Therefore, the training of worthy and insightful managers has been one of the most important intellectual foundations and concerns of the Islamic world since the beginning of the Prophet (PBUH & HH)'s mission, and if Islamic managers are properly trained and learn the correct method of management, the goals of the Islamic society will undoubtedly be realized in many ways. Using the qualitative and documentary content analysis method and focusing on Islamic teachings and Quranic verses and narrations, this study aims to provide a training model based on insight for Islamic managers. In order to become a visionary manager, or in other words, a visionary manager and Islamic management practices, can become a worthy manager by using the tools and means of management in Islam (which include internal characteristics and capacities, laws and regulations, and human power), along with Islamic features, which is a clear example of Islamic management based on insight-oriented education.
