Criticism and analysis of Mahdi Bazargan's intra-religious evidence in the negation of religious rule

The need to raise the issue of governance in general and religious governance in particular is one of the inevitable issues in today's world. With the emergence of the Islamic revolution and the issues and events surrounding it, the proof and negation of the issue of religious rule with one of the two approaches, internal and external, or both of them, has been the subject of serious attention by many thinkers. Mehdi Bazargan is one of the thinkers who chose two different approaches in two periods of his intellectual life, respectively. By insisting on the intra-religious approach, he first tried to prove the religious rule by explaining the realm of religion and the mission of the prophets, and later - for various reasons - by insisting on the same approach, he attempted to negate it. Today, after 40 years of the Islamic revolution, we still see that some thinkers insisting on the arguments of the likes of Bazargan, speak of the negation of religious rule; Therefore, re-reading and criticizing the arguments of such people with the reasoning method taken from the text of the Qur'an and the Sunnah, in order to enlighten and deepen the thoughts, seems extremely necessary. The present article takes an intra-religious approach; Both through narrative evidence and historical evidence, and in a descriptive and analytical way, contrary to the merchants and his like-minded people, he has reached results contrary to his conclusions about the realm of religion, and believes that religious rule is precisely defined within the realm of religion. The method of data collection in this research is a library.
