Designing and Validating the Model of Managerial Drivers to Promote e-Learning in the Elementary School of Hamedan City
The current research was conducted with the aim ofanalyzing and validating the managerial drivers of promoting elearning in the elementary school of Hamedan city in order toprovide a model.
The research was conducted in terms ofthe fundamental-applied goal and according to the nature of theresearch, using a mixed research method (qualitative-quantitative)with an exploratory approach. The statistical population in thequalitative section included academic and organizational experts(education officials) who were selected in a purposeful way andconsidered as interviewees. Also, the statistical population in thequantitative part includes all the elementary school teachers ofHamedan city, numbering 1693 people, 395 subjects were selectedusing the staged cluster sampling method. In the qualitative part,semi-structured interviews were used, and to ensure its validity, thevaluable opinions of professors familiar with this field and expertsin higher education were used, and in the quantitative part, aresearcher-made questionnaire tool was used. Content and constructvalidity were used to calculate the validity of the questionnaire, andthe findings indicated the validity of the measurement tool.Similarly, in order to measure reliability, Cronbach's alphacoefficient and composite reliability coefficient were used. Toanalyze the data of the qualitative part, theoretical coding was usedwith Maxqda software, as well as the data collected from thequantitative part through descriptive and inferential statistics(sample t-test, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equationmodeling) and with The use of SPSS-V23 and Lisrel-V8.8 softwarewas analyzed.
The results showed that among the identified factors,technology dimension, intrinsic motivation and applicability wererecognized as the main phenomenon. Also, education and learningmanagement factors, technology and technology managementfactors, and management factors were recognized as causalconditions or management factors affecting e-learning.
Finally, it can be said that this model had a good fit.
