Explaining the relationship between organizational agility and transformational leadership with regard to the moderating role ofmanagers' strategic intelligence and presenting a desirable model
The purpose of the current research is to explain therelationship between organizational agility and transformationalleadership, considering the role of strategic intelligence of managersand providing a suitable model in Iran's oil terminals company.
This research was conducted using amixed research method (quantitative and qualitative), interviewswere conducted with 19 managers of Iran's oil terminals company,and interviews were analyzed and coded using thematic analysismethod. The statistical population of the quantitative part in order tocheck the validation of the model based on the criteria extractedfrom the qualitative part, includes the managers and experts of IranOil Terminals Company in the number of 1847 people. Accordingto Cohen's table, the sample size in this section is 147 people in themodel validation section of each variable and 205 people in themodel design section and checking the relationships betweenvariables, which were randomly selected in a stratified manner. Inthis research, in the qualitative part, NVIVO version 11 softwarewas used to extract and analyze the codes related to interviews withexperts, and SPSS version 26 and SMART PLS version 3.3 softwarewere used to check the validity of the model.
The results of structural equation modeling show apositive and significant effect of transformational leadership onorganizational agility (p < 0.05, β = 0.702).
