The Effectiveness of AJA Employees Empowerment Courses Using The Capacity of The Country's Elites Based on Kirkpatrick’s Model
The present research was conducted to analyze the effectiveness of general empowerment courses for AJA Employees in raising their scientific and managerial level based on Kirkpatrick’s model by using the capacity of the country's elites in the field of AJA organizational training.
The method of this research was the descriptive-correlation type of structural equation analysis method, that in the first step, the statistical population included university professors and experts and in the second step, the statistical population included the project supervisor in the AJA Research Unit and 8 employees of the AJA Self - sufficiency Jihad and Research Organization in 2021-2022. In the first step, the statistical sample size was calculated using G-power software, 129 people and they were selected by convenience sampling method and answered the researched-made questionnaire, and the sample size in the second step of the research was 9 people. The data were analyzed using SPSS-24 and Smart-PLS software at two levels descriptive statistics and inferential statistics.
The findings of the first step of the research showed that the researcher-made questionnaire to evaluate the effectiveness of the training courses has validity (content, convergent and divergent) and reliability (Cronbach's alpha coefficient and Composite Reliability). The findings of the second step of the research also showed that according to the opinion of the evaluator and participants the courses designed by the elite soldiers were at the desired level in four levels of reaction, learning, behavior and results.
The results showed that in the field of training and professional development of employees, it seems that the educational needs of employees and the organization require a wide range of different specializations. Utilizing the capacity of the elites in the field of organizational training, while adjusting the organizational costs in the field of organizational training, also makes the utilization of the capacity of the elites a target.
