Identifying Factors Affecting on Collective Entrepreneurship Reinforcement in Agricultural Sector
Collective entrepreneurship is a structured and collaborative action to strengthen entrepreneurial behavior, which itself helps to improve the quality of human resources and also helps to remove many obstacles facing entrepreneurial processes. The main goal of this research is to identify the factors affecting collective entrepreneurship in the agricultural sector.
This research is qualitative in terms of its purpose and has been conducted using thematic (content) analysis technique. The method of data collection is using semi-structured data interviews. The statistical population includes 16 faculty members of the entrepreneurship department and agricultural promotion and education department of Razi University, managers and also entrepreneurs of the agricultural sector of Kermanshah city, who were selected using targeted and snowball sampling. The data was analyzed using a three-level coding process (open, central, and selective coding).
The results of the research showed that the research model includes 8 factors influencing the strengthening of collective entrepreneurship in the agricultural sector, which was obtained by using 61 concepts (indices).
These factors include: economic, social, cultural, educational, legal, physiological, socio-cultural and communication factors. In the end, practical suggestions were presented in order to identify the effective factors on strengthening collective entrepreneurship.
