The Management Model of Hazrat Moses in Social Crises (based on the Tafsir al-Mizan and Tafsir Noor)
Social crises cause various problems in society. Knowing their dimensions and characteristics is the first condition for managing those crises. In the history of different periods and societies, divine prophets have sought to prevent or control social events and unrest. Since the period of prophethood of Prophet Moses was faced with many events and social crises, the present study aims to establish the management components of Prophet Moses in solving social crises with the data method and using the method of thematic interpretation, and to present the management model of Prophet Moses. × to deal with social crises. This aricle has been modeled with the analytical descriptive method, after deriving from the verses related to Prophet Moses and relying on the Tafsir al-Mizan and Tafsir Noor. In the extracted pattern, things like: "foundation" such as God's companionship in any situation and invitation based on vision; "Principles" such as kindness and creating an emotional relationship with the audience; "Methods" such as verbal, emotional and practical methods; "Crisis-creating factors" such as pride and selfishness and following deviants; "contexts" such as ignorance and the tendency to idolatry and the existence of deviants; "purpose" such as creating readiness to respond to the call of responsibility and guidance of the people, reforming and fighting decisively against the deviant line were found, and as a result, the relationship of these findings ,such as the relationship between "foundations, principles and purpose", the relationship between "methods, factors and contexts", is explained in the model
