The legitimacy of the political interpretation of the Qur'an (arguments and affirmations)

Political interpretation as an emerging trend in the interpretation of the Qur'an, in addition to general principles, has special principles in two categories: "principles of scientific philosophy" and "scientific principles". Also, the principles of scientific philosophy have a wide range and include possibility, legitimacy, permission, validity, and so on. As for the principle of the legitimacy of political interpretation, there are various ways, either to prove it, such as presenting rational and narrative arguments, or to confirm it, such as the conduct of the Companions, Followers and commentators. Faced with the question of what is the reason for the legitimacy of political interpretation from the perspective of tradition (narrative argument) and its affirmations in the biography of the Companions and Followers and commentators, this paper emphasizes the hypothesis that the biography of the Prophet and the biography of the Fourteen Impeccable as well as the encouragement of the Fourteen Impeccable to political interpretation are the reasons for its legitimacy and the biography of the Companions and Followers and commentators also confirms the legitimacy of this interpretation. This paper is organized in a descriptive and analytical method and its achievement is to prove the legitimacy of political interpretation through the tradition of the Prophet and the Fourteen Impeccable and to confirm it with the tradition and biography of the Companions and Followers and commentators in extracting political teachings from the propositions of the Holy Qur'an. If, in addition to this principle, other principles such as necessity, possibility, etc. are also proved, the principle of the scientific philosophy of political interpretation will be produced.
