ideal organizational culture model based on jihadi management indicators in the judiciary (courts of the Islamic Republic of Iran)
The judicial institution is one of the organizations that has been continuously striving to improve its organizational culture, the organizational culture based on Jihadi management indicators will have an effective role on the optimal performance of this institution and the satisfaction of citizens.
The purpose of this research is to design an organizational culture model based on jihadi management indicators in the courts of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
The research is applied in terms of purpose, and in terms of the method of data collection and analysis, it is a survey type, and in terms of the implementation method, it is qualitative. Based on this, while examining the concepts and literature of the subject, the components have been extracted and done within the framework of the process.
The results of the research showed that when employees are satisfied with environmental health, participation, relationships, ethics, sufficient knowledge, responsibility, obedience, attention to property, high experience, correct culture, honesty, work conscience, commitment, economic conditions, order, creativity. and have a good level of patience, they have a good organizational culture.
