Presenting a model for entrepreneurial self-efficacy with the mediating role of skill learning (Case of study: Technical and Vocational University of Tabriz)

The present study was conducted with the aim of providing a model of entrepreneurial self-efficacy in the decision-making process of entrepreneurs with regard to the mediating role of entrepreneurial skills in Tabriz Technical and Vocational University. This research is a type of applied research that uses descriptive and correlational methods to find answers to the research questions. The statistical population included managers, experts, professors and students of this university. Sampling was calculated using the simple random sampling method based on Cochran's formula with the number of 336 people, and the data was collected using the questionnaire tool and using the partial least squares method using SPSS and PLS software. were analyzed. To achieve the goal of the research, four hypotheses were proposed. The results indicated the existence of a relationship between self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention, entrepreneurial skills and entrepreneurial decision-making. The results of the research show that in the formation of entrepreneurial behavior, the components of self-efficacy and the development of entrepreneurial skills play an important role, such as the belief in self-efficacy and the promotion of entrepreneurial skills, self-confidence and strong will. It will bring more in the entrepreneur. It was also found that entrepreneurial self-efficacy helps a person to be more creative and innovative, to feel high responsibility and to be a pioneer in challenging activities. At the end, suggestions based on the research results were presented.
