Educational needs assessment of professional skills of master's degree students in logistics of Faraja
The purpose of this research is to assess the educational needs of the master's degree in preparation and support.
This research is considered to be of a mixed type with an applied orientation, and documentary and interview methods were used to collect information. The qualitative part was based on theme analysis based on interviews with experts and the quantitative part was also a survey. The statistical population in the qualitative and quantitative section was the general managers of the deputy of preparation and support and NAJA experts with at least a master's degree and 15 years of executive experience in the field of preparation and support, and a purposeful judgmental sampling method was used. Also, in order to prioritize the skills, the best-worst multi-criteria decision-making method (BWM) was used.
The findings of the qualitative analysis led to the identification of seven constructive themes and 18 primary themes of the specialized field. Based on this, the specialized skills of the master's course of Amad and the support of Amin University of Police Sciences are: maintenance and repairs, transportation, Amad, property control, standardization, supply and distribution. Based on this, the common skills of the master's course of Amad and the support of Amin University of Police Sciences are human, technical and cognitive skills.
The results indicate that among the identified specialized skills, the net skill is the first priority and the standardization skill is the last priority.
